Here’s how the CLC Legacy Circle Challenge Works

The CLC Legacy Circle Challenge is a campaign to inspire our supporters to make a planned gift commitment during 2023 for the future and, in return, help us earn much-needed challenge grant dollars for use today!

Through the Legacy Circle Challenge, you can maximize the impact of your future bequest and estate plans.

Step 1:

Name Chocorua Lake Conservancy in your will or living trust, as a beneficiary of your retirement account, insurance policy, or other financial account, or establish a charitable gift annuity. New commitments and previously established bequest plans qualify.

Step 2:

Download and complete a Legacy Circle Challenge form and return it to our office by December 31, 2023. You can fill out the form digitally and email it to Alex Moot, or print it out and mail it to CLC, PO Box 105, Chocorua, NH 03817.

Step 3:

Two families will make a combined gift of $1,000 right now to Chocorua Lake Conservancy in your honor. That’s it, it’s that easy!

What Gifts Qualify:

  • Bequests from a Will or Trust

  • Designating CLC as a beneficiary in your IRA, other retirement account,

    insurance policy, or other financial account

  • Charitable Gift Annuity or Charitable Remainder Annuity Trust

  • Specific asset or property (e.g. house, land, vehicle)

    Your legacy gift will protect more land today and far into the future. Thank you!
