Get to know the land and community around the Chocorua Lake Basin as an outdoor stewardship volunteer.

Please join Chocorua Lake Conservancy on Wednesday, October 14, 9–11 AM, for an Outdoor Volunteer Morning at the CLC’s Chocorua Lake Basin View Lot on Route 16 south of Chocorua Lake. We’ll be weeding the pollinator garden at the View Lot so that it can continue to thrive and support our native pollinator populations.

Bring work gloves if you have them, water, and a snack, and please wear sturdy, closed-toe shoes. We will have rakes, shovels, and clippers available if needed. Be prepared for bugs and ticks just in case. We’ll meet at the Grove on Chocorua Lake Road just off Rt. 16 and walk or carpool to the Basin View Lot from there. Please register in advance so that we can let you know of any changes in the schedule.
